Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped out within 1-5 business days. 

Shipping can take anywhere from 3 days to 6 weeks, depending on where you are in the world.

Please consult your tracking number before contacting the shop about where your order is. For any lost packages, Shop Amelia's Art holds no responsibility, as once we drop off your package at Canada Post, it is no longer in our hands. 

For orders sent in packages that do not include tracking, there is nothing that Shop Amelia's Art can do, nor are we responsible if your package has been lost. We also cannot guarantee an arrival date. If you wish to upgrade your shipping to a method that is tracked, choose tracked shipping at checkout.
